Abstract:The teaching model of art law is a traditional way in which the teacher plays a leading role and students are passive. It is not suitable to the professional characteristics of art students. Inquiry teaching is very helpful for stimulating learn initiative of students and is flexible in use of Case Teaching Method, Q & A, theme debate and other learning methods to carry out autonomous learning and push forward communication between students inclassroom. So then purposes of art law teaching are achieved. In addition to carry out the pattern design of lessonsbased on the teachingcontent of art law, according to the doctrine of the Inquiry Curriculum establishment, it is also required that process and diversified evaluation methods for studentsshould be adopted to carry out a scientific evaluation for the Inquiry Curriculum.
