    摘要:

    传统的艺术法课堂教学模式具有以教师为中心,学生被动接受,难以适应艺术类学生的专业特点。探究式教学注重激发学生学习的主动性,灵活采用案例式、问答式、主题辩论式等教学方法开展学生自主学习和课堂交流,实现教学目的。除了结合艺术法教学内容有针对性地开展课堂教学设计外,探究式课程还要求采用过程性与多元化的课程考核方式对学生进行科学评价。

    Abstract:

    The teaching model of art law is a traditional way in which the teacher plays a leading role and students are passive. It is not suitable to the professional characteristics of art students. Inquiry teaching is very helpful for stimulating learn initiative of students and is flexible in use of Case Teaching Method, Q & A, theme debate and other learning methods to carry out autonomous learning and push forward communication between students inclassroom. So then purposes of art law teaching are achieved. In addition to carry out the pattern design of lessonsbased on the teachingcontent of art law, according to the doctrine of the Inquiry Curriculum establishment, it is also required that process and diversified evaluation methods for studentsshould be adopted to carry out a scientific evaluation for the Inquiry Curriculum.
