The book decoration of Renaissance transformed from handwritten book to printed book, which is the source of the printing book. This paper studied the book decoration of Italian Renaissance printed books in 1516 century, when the book decoration inherited medieval manuscripts basic characteristics, and innovated combining new feauture of era, forming a classic, natural new look.
