In digital age, profound changes are taking place in the users behavior habits of document supply service. By analyzing the user information and service data of Document Supply Service system of National Library of China, this paper sums up the changing characteristics of users behavior, such as changes in literature search and application modes, increased demand from the general public, accelerated integration of cross-system users and so on. Providing suggestions of document supply service in digital age based on the changing characteristics of users behavior.
