Abstract:"Double-Professionally-Titled" teachers are an important type of professional development for applied university teachers. Through the investigation of professional teachers in art design departments in Shanghai application-oriented universities, we objectively grasp the management status of "Double-Professionally-Titled" teachers in art design and the cognition and reform attitude towards the management of "Double-Professionally-Titled" teachers and put forward some management reform suggestions such as formulating the evaluation criteria of "Double-Professionally-Titled" teachers, establishing a hierarchical appointment mechanism, improving the evaluation of professional courses, and paying attention to the training mechanism of "Double-Professionally-Titled" teachers, to guide, motivate and guarantee the professional development of art design teachers.
