Art licensing can not only show the historical and artistic nature of the collection, but also transform the collection resources into cultural capital and increase the economic efficiency of the museum. Taking museum art authorization as the research content, through the analysis of the art authorization mechanism of the British Museum and the demonstration of related cases, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions on the art authorization mechanism of domestic museums.
