Abstract:[Purpose].Based on synergy theory, this study explores innovative forms of ideological and political education to strengthen the collaborative educational function of cultural & tourism integration and ideological and political education.[Methods].Taking the museum-school collaboration between the Chen Yun Memorial Hall and Shanghai Art & Design Academy as a case study, this paper systematically examines their cooperative practices in cultural creative development and ideological and political education, including the development of red cultural creative products and the construction of micro-video projects for "inclusive ideological and political education." Synergy theory is introduced to evaluate the effectiveness of the collaboration.[Results].The co-developed cultural creative products effectively integrate red cultural elements with local characteristics, achieving a unity of cultural value and market value. The series of micro-videos produced was successfully selected for the National Cultural Heritage Administration's list of high-quality "inclusive ideological and political education" resources, significantly enhancing the appeal and impact of ideological and political education.[Conclusion].The museum-school synergy innovation model integrates the memorial hall's red resources with the academy's professional expertise, providing a replicable practical example for the deep integration of culture and tourism, the innovation of ideological and political education, and the development of the cultural creative industry. This model effectively promotes the inheritance of red culture and the transformation of its social value.
